Diet is a crucial part of it and it affects you frequency vibrations which you align with the universe.

 

Omnivores – Eat almost anything, including processed and animal products.

 

Pescatarian vegetarian – do now eat meat but eat fish, dairy, eggs,  cooked meals, processed food. Fruits, vegetables and nuts. Lagums and grain.

 

Vegan – don’t eat animal products (fish, meat, dairy, eggs) but consume cooked meals, processed food. Fruits, vegetables and nuts. Lagums and grain.

 

Raw – 75-100% eat live, uncooked meals. Including fruits and vegetables, nuts, green leafs, Sprouted lagumes.

 

Frutarian – 80% of daily calories are carbs 10% protein and 10% fats. Mainly from fruits.

 

Mono fruitarian – Eat one kind of fruit all day/week/month. Drink water and liquids.

 

Liquidarian – Only drink full Juices or water

 

Breahterian – Live only on Air, Sunlight, Water (some also decline water)

 

Those are the main stages, in order to past every stage depends how much your body is clean from past toxins you consumed in former diets.
